How to Find Free Themes on WordPress
Hi, guys! Welcome to BuildMySiteForFree.com. In today’s tutorial, I’m going to show you how to free themes using your WordPress free themes directory. Now, there are a lot of themes that are out there that are free, and there are also ones that cost money. However, when you want to choose free themes, you want to make sure that they are the safest themes available. A great way to do this is to use the WordPress free themes directory because they are guaranteed to be safe. There are a lot of themes out there that contain spam links that bring negative content to your site. There’s also themes that contain malicious codes that could contain viruses or spam links, so you always want to make sure that you have the safest themes for your blog.
To do this, you come to the WordPress free themes directory. The easiest way to find this – I decided to show you using Google. I type in “wordpress free themes directory” in the search box, and once I’ve entered that search, you want to click the very first link that comes up, which is your WordPress free themes directory. It also shows you the link that you can type in the URL in your browser. Once you click that, it brings you to your free themes directory.
There are several things you can do on this page to search for a theme. First, you can type in a keyword in the search box, and this will search all those themes that contains those words. You can also scroll down and search themes by the newest. So, this would be the ones that have been most recently added to WordPress. It
also tells you when it’s been added. Once again, you can click that theme and find out more information on it as well with an option to download.
Lastly, you have the most recently updated themes. These are themes that have been around for awhile, but the creators of that theme have
updated that version. It will tell you what the title is as well as the newest version, and of course, you can click on that, any of these titles, and it will bring you to a page with more information as well.
